therapist for moms

Hey, I’m caitlin!

I got you.

I work with moms who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected in the season of motherhood. Whether you're grieving a loss, navigating an identity shift, or silently wondering “why am I not okay when all I wanted was to be a mom?”. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

My approach is supportive, real, and grounded in the belief that your story deserves space. I understand how heavy it can feel to show up for everyone else while barely holding yourself together. In our work, we’ll explore what’s underneath the overwhelm and help you reconnect with who you are—not just as a mom, but as a whole person.

Something needs to change.

It’s time for you to reclaim a new you.

Maybe you’re carrying the silent weight of pregnancy loss, moving through your days with a grief no one sees. Maybe anxiety has become your background noise- always humming, always loud. Maybe motherhood feels like a constant race you can’t win, and you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together. You find yourself snapping more than you'd like, feeling guilty right after. The joy feels distant. You cry easily, or feel nothing at all. Your nervous system stays in overdrive, even when everything seems “fine.”

And when it comes to caring for yourself, guilt creeps in fast, like you’re asking for too much. But here’s the truth: you matter. Your pain is real. And you deserve to feel supported, seen, and safe enough to heal. You don’t have to keep surviving like this. Together, we’ll work gently and intentionally toward relief. Let’s do this.
